Prof. Mohamed Mahjoub Dhiaf

Prof. Dhiaf achieved his Ph.D. in Total Quality Management from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts et Metiers (ENSAM) de Paris, France, in 2007, and earlier, he earned his master’s degree from Sfax University, Tunisia, in 2001. With over 25 years of extensive teaching, consulting, and research experience both in Tunisia and internationally, his research interests span Quality Management, Operations Management and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Performance Assessment, and Lean management. His research contributions have been published in international peer-reviewed journals, and he actively serves as a reviewer for various academic scientific journals, as well as an editorial board member for several international conferences. Prof. Dhiaf has leveraged his wealth of experience to design and develop academic programs at both Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, adhering to national and international standards. He played a pivotal role in the re-accreditation of Business Programs and provides consultancy services in areas such as Quality Management & ISO Standards, Logistics & Operations Management, and Operations Planning and Scheduling. With significant administrative experience since 2010, Prof. Dhiaf began his administrative career as the Coordinator of the Master program in QHSE in Tunisia. Subsequently, he chaired the Industrial Management department at Emirates College of Technology in 2014 and served as the Director of the female campus in 2016. Since 2017, Prof. Dhiaf assumed the role of Dean of the Business Faculty at Liwa College of Technology for five years, where he introduced new programs, secured final accreditations for all Business programs under the CAA body, and obtained ACBSP International Accreditation. Since June 9, 2022, Prof. Dhiaf has been serving as the President of Liwa college/university, actively contributing to the merger project between Liwa College of Technology and Khwarizmi International College.
