Dr. Iffat Sabir Chaudhry is an Associate Professor of Management and Deputy Dean at the College of Business, Al Ain University (UAE). With over a decade of experience across the UAE and Oman, her work focuses on sustainability, leadership, entrepreneurship, and workforce psychology. She actively contributes to global sustainability initiatives, including the UN-PRME Youth Talks and the PRME Mentorship Program, while aligning her teaching, research, and engagement with the Sustainable Development Goals. She founded the Women Leadership Forum at the College of Business, Al Ain University, which serves as a platform to empower young women by fostering leadership skills and supporting their economic development through targeted learning programs, industry mentorship, and professional growth opportunities. She promotes values-driven education that empowers youth for ethical leadership, advances responsible management practices, and entrepreneurship.
